Wondering what condition your rental property is in?  Performing a Home Maintenance Checkup helps you to maintain the condition of your property.

This checklist should be completed annually to ensure that the property is still in top condition. It allows you to stay on top of maintenance issues, and gives tenants a chance to correct any damage they have caused before it gets worse. 

We check all areas of the home in search of defects and safety issues. We suggest priority items in need of repair and will provide you with a detailed checklist.
